Pros
Staff is somewhat more relaxed and take themselves less seriously than other staffing firms in NYC. Though some might count that against them, it's really not. The office at Strategic is as capable if not more than similarly sized outfits in the city but they don't exude the cold, unfriendly veneer that others attempt. The people at Strategic know what they are doing and simply don't feel the need to act better than you or hide the ball.
Cons
Generally treatment of contract attorneys in NYC goes up and down with the market in terms of compensation. Strategic, although friendly, are guilty of being the leaders in low rate jobs, although they do have higher paying gigs from time to time too.
