Pay was decent Learn about products I can't say anything else that is a pro really some good people you work with

Terrible management and "yes man" mentality or you will not go anywhere. Meetings just to have them but when you give feedback nothing is done with it ever! Not a good company to work for and you will be a middleman for everyone with no say in anything
