Cons
Owner treats employees horribly, has no regard for anyone else. There is a difference between being a tough businessman and a bully. Does not communicate, is quick to harsh and public criticism and blame for anything that isn't exactly what he wanted (despite following instruction). There is no accountability, staff will always be the reason for any shortcoming and receive all of the blame, no matter what. Poor work environment and culture with no positivity, only people that want to undercut you. The culture penalizes those that push for changing business practices for the better. Bad work life balance. Despite being salaried employee you have to punch a time clock and are constantly monitored and watched. PTO is very low, and you will work during most market holidays. You will not be treated like a professional or a human here, owner just wants cogs in his machine.
