Project flow is good, meaning Business Development happens at par. By decent experience of this firm, you can land at nice places. Check on LinkedIn.
Cons
Only 1 toilet seat for a staff of ~25 men:) At times, several employees seat for hours inside and come out with fresh & fruitful ideas. So need more toilet seats for more EUREKA's to happen :p Moreover, company should emphasize on expanding now coz it's no more a startup firm. First step would be, to use management tools for day to day projects Management. Rest looks good except age-old telephones which needs to be replaced with smarter ones. At the end, telephone is the first need of primary research.
