Pros
The people there are really friendly, and even though i was a new employee they helped me learn a great deal about my chosen field, The work i did was engaging and fulfilling.
Cons
The only cons i have were the distance to the city, it is almost an hour commute by bus or 30 mins by personal vehicle and the work culture, very very few people left at shift end at 5:30, most people stay at work til 6:00 or even 7:00, with no over time pay
