Pros
Handful of talented and smart professionals wasting their skills on goals that are never being realized. Most ppl are very nice to work with.
Cons
Don't even know where to begin. Product never completed, business plan that changes constantly, changes made overnight and not shared with other teams, lack of trust in employees (WFH only 2x a month and only because ppl complained), obvious favoritism in some cases, laying off half their employees with zero advance notice and only few hours to virtually pack up and say goodbye to colleagues.
