Pros

The company thrives on ownership and doesn’t support micromanagement. The people in management are kind enough to teach you from scratch if you’re a new joiner. I started as an intern, and I must say the managers taught me a lot. Once you start getting the hang of things, they give you more and more exposure.

You aren’t just another cog in the wheel, you get the space to take real responsibility. Leadership is invested in mentorship and genuinely committed to both client success and employee/ organisational growth. They have a beautiful office, centrally located. Managers and Account Directors lead by example. They are always approachable, involved, and committed to helping the team grow. Here, employees are constantly learning and evolving. The team, too, is genuinely helpful and they will encourage you and will cheer you on!
