Pros
The ability to work full time from home and a work from home start up allowance.
Cons
So so many. The male leadership doesn't care about employees, like at all. They just care about money. The CRO has changed the company from what was a fun, happy, friendly, caring environment to one based on unobtainable KPIs, no job security because he likes to fire like everyone who can't meet their unrealistic KPIs. The leadership team is an ole boys club. People working here don't feel secure, valued, or important at all. It you want just a job that you'll likely get fired from even when you work your butt off and still can't meet targets, then this is the place. If you want a company where you can grow personally and professionally and you feel valued, look somewhere else. This is not the droid you're looking for!
