Pros
There are some great people working here, but their numbers are dwindling Decent benefits and a flexible schedule Pay is typically competitive
Cons
Store Space has a real problem with pointing fingers at the wrong people and also promoting and hiring the wrong people. Any assertion that Store Space is a "family" is absurd. They love to let people go on a whim (I was not let go fyi) and if you accept a job here, you'll do better toeing the line and playing to the egos of the boys club executives. Actual results are typically secondary to promoting the phony "family" culture and using meaningless buzzwords. Their mantra "Storage that Cares" generally extends to doing the minimum to be perceived as caring; there are many companies that don't say they care that do more.
