Solid benefits- 401k match up to 5%, Bonus program for Salary, work life balance, patient leadership in some cases, good schedule for SM role, 6th day 1 per month minimum for premium pay +10% of daily rate. Bonus is off company metrics not store by store.
Cons
6th day 1 per month mandatory, old school retail, old tech, union rules can be a pain to deal with. No stock grants.
