Pros
The upper management positions are all family and close friends. Those are the only positions that pay well. Products are good.
Cons
There is never a moment of down time. They work you like dogs.The prep assistants who work in the Cooking School are paid less than $8 hour. You may be scheduled to work 24 hours. If not enough people sign up for classes they cancel you working for the day. Never sure how many hours you ill work. Pay is horrible except for the family members and upper management. Wish I never worked there.
