      The corporate team was the best!! The facility itself. Patient care was some of the best I seen

      Administrator was a joke. There was no appreciation given for the work done

      Nursing itself has cons, like long hours and weekend shift requirements

      - fairly competitive pay if you advocate for yourself - A lot of support available and PT is helpful with transferring patients etc - Usually have enough staffing

      Cons

      - Have to advocate to get the pay and support you need at times
