Consistent schedule, easy work, not a lot of micromanaging

Save yourself and just DO NOT apply for this company. 1st off management is very unorganized and bad. They favor and choose employees so rules can apply for one employee and not another. They beg for coverage all the time tell their employees their going to hire more people but never do. They make it a huge issue if you call out or even have a emergency they would want to be back at work. I had a emergency with my family and they asked me to come to cover a partial shift when I just told them I have a emergency and can’t come to work. They do not call all their options for coverage they will keep calling you if you can come in when you already said no. They favor the clients over the employees. The operations manager and even some of the HOA clients are discriminate towards certain people. They focus way too much on the guards appearance than the good work the guards are doing. They call us security specialists which is a joke and will not reimburse for anything that was their fault like you having wrong shoes and they change your the rules on you. Rules and training are never clear cut they seem to be manipulated at certain times and they will change up the rules on you. This whole place is a joke they pay you trash and except you to go above and beyond for clients. They give you 45 cent raises after a year of working with them. They have issue with every little thing. Do not care for their employees at all. If this isn’t your career job and your doing this while going to college just do not apply they give you more stress than you already have just do yourself a favor and apply else where.
