Great co-workers (not all), down to earth environment, and salary & benefits are okay.
Cons
Director management is the worse I've experienced. They show now empathy or interest in employees' goals and life. Directors bully HR into decisions. HR process is horrible, and it's always one-sided towards executives. Probably the biggest reason the company is failing.
Messy 'talk behind your back' environment. Benefits are under average and extra workload is not properly compensated
