Pros

Hard work, but fair work. The management team definitely push you to succeed and often take you out of your comfort zone, but for a first job (which it was), I learn alot about the industry and also myself very quickly. I didn't always enjoy my time there but I certainly gained lots of skills and experience which has later benefitted me. Good social life, often incentivised and rewarded for good work. Qualifications paid for by the company and pushed to qualify and take on your own clients.

Cons

Trial by fire. From day 1 you are cold calling. Salary isn't great and puts a pressure on your ability to cold call for clients. Very much a boysclub style culture.

Pros

Good work ethics, and if you might meet some decent contacts in other areas of the city if you work there.

Cons

If the thought if working for an estate agent or recruitment firm fills you with dread this probably isn't the place for you. There is a reason why that they are ALWAYS recruiting. The management team all came from a firm called Welbeck Consulting (Google it - & see article in The Independent) and the business model is much the same.

Pros

Sociable team. Great if you are a Partner of the firm gaining the financial rewards from the droves of graduates that they cycle through for cold calling.

Cons

Ethics are questionable & they fail to pay staff what they are due. Google Welbeck group to get a greater insight into the company ethics and issues clients have had.
