Mostly pleasant co-workers especially in our Boston office, base compensation is lower than competitors but bonus could be higher depending on how the firm performed in a given year. Semi-annual firm trips are great way to build connections among other offices.
Cons
Long hours, only one type of projects, no one recognizes their name in the market, lack of structure in internal processes
