You will undoubtedly learn new skills relative to business, technology and communication. This basically comes as a requirement before you can effectively deal with customers. Stone Profits is growing exponentially and is truthfully capable of becoming 10 times its size in terms of output and client-base in the next few years. Being a part of this company can mean being a part of it's success. Your ideas will be heard. The company is growing, but the current size of the company allows for you to make a real impact on customers and on day-to-day operations.

Currently, there are really no procedures set in place for training employees and enabling them for success at the company (In Chicago, Not India). For at least the first 6 months, new employees are basically left to fend for themselves and it can feel like there are no resources available to help because no one can spare the time.
