Benefits are offered but coverage from them is close to nonexistent. Incredibly poor communication from the corporate team to the stores. Little to no training or education. Quality of products are way below the standard they claim to pride themselves on. Commission is nonexistent unless your store as a whole over preforms. Overall to much ask/responsibility with little to no compensation for what they want.
