Pros
The pace here is very relaxed, the people are usually very friendly, the benefits aren't the worst I've heard of. Good overall workplace culture, and amazingly flexible in most areas.
Cons
Very bureaucratic, and layered. So much so that the organization has become stodgy and unresponsive. Compensation is based almost solely on time spent in a field so advancement is nearly impossible, and little is done to recognize competence over complacency.
