Paid lunch once in a while & company merch instead of pay raises and bonuses
Cons
Lack of structure within the organization, lack of employee development. Seems like there is a objective to not develop and promote African Americans into roles of leadership. No set Schedule of hours or days you work a week, it’s literally what they feel like. Racial undertones in many of the strategies and company decisions. Would not recommend
