It's a very relaxed environment. Schedule is the same every week. No surprises. Employees are friendly as are the officers and bank superiors. It's great for students since there is plenty of free time on the job to do homework.
Cons
It's very boring at times. There are no incentives and there is no upward mobility at all. Raises are very poor ( about 0.25 a year). As a short term job, it's great, but as somewhat depressing to think of doing it for more than a few years.
