      Pros

      Very young management and good at task work.

      Cons

      Company is very profit driven and use the wrong metrics for measuring performance. They are keen to hire and fire rather than understand. Not very experienced leaders on the shop floor which affects communication and sharing and ability to build effective teams.

      low pay, irregularity, if you don't like writing the same piece every month for years then avoid.
