Pros
- Name recognition for CV. - Central location. - Good salary and benefits. - Social events.
Cons
- Management have very little to do with employees; CEO Craig Chalmers never actually spoke to me even when I addressed him directly. - Poor project planning means late night, rushes to finish and abandoned projects. High pressure environment due to poor planning. - Poor communication between departments. Every department is a silo. - No input in project planning/direction for employees. Usually just given a brief and a deadline with no input. - High staff turnover. - Unethical; arranging company meetings as an excuse to release several members of staff away from public view.
