      Free shoes at the beginning of each season and 50% off shoes at all other times

      Cons

      Crappy pay, get in trouble if you don't meet sales goal even when there are hardly any customers to buy shoes. The company says I'm part-time but practically gives me full-time hours, and I can't ask to reduce my hours.
