-Its a small company, so there is a 'family style' environment, where you eventually get to know everyone and we all motivate each other. -With there only being one location for our retailer, there is opportunity for advancement and growth. -There is more than just sales going on here! We have fun, build moral as well as reward each other for our hard work. - Diversity! We have a lot of awesome people on our team and we all bring something to the table.

-Sometimes the pressures of sales may get to some, and that negative outlook could be contagious. -If you don't want to come to work, and do the work, then the fruits of your labor will be revealed.

The is a super-strong culture at SCG that promotes professional and personal growth from all levels of the company. The company truly wants you to succeed within your profession and also with any personal goals you set for yourself. They are more than accommodating with schedule flexibility which is awesome if you are an entrepreneur who may have a business on the side. The people are great in all departments. Couldn't have asked for a better place to work and grow!

My only "con" is the long commute. I live in Muskego which is about 30 - 45 minutes each way. Longer in bad weather but I (and several others) have been given the flexibility to work from home especially on days where weather or other commitments can make the commute even more difficult. It also helps to be able to work from home when you need a good stretch of isolation to finish large projects.
