Pros
Good growth if you are fake, backstab your coworkers and have no real goals in life. Now that it's under Deluxe, at least some employees have a decent life.
Cons
Far too many to mention. For the last 6 years this was the most unprofessional company ever. Be it Burbank, Pune ( Run by a low down, two faced MD and his gang of filth) . The shameless top management & cowards in HR leached on & harassed the employees now they just harass them indirectly. I would give them a 0 in the ratings but that would reflect wrongly on the decent people working here out of necessity rather then choice too. False promises, threats, encouraging fighting between employees and departments. An endless list. I'd love to leave this place and start working in a decent place for the right salary but once you commit to this place your can kiss yours dreams goodbye because you will have to make sacrifices on salary apparently to leave and join a good company run by a decent management.
