There are way to many to list, but I’ll list top 5 1. Pay structure in less than desirable. They pay less than comparable companies. 2. Benefits are so expensive that they are unaffordable for most employees 3. Management in the inpatient facilities are great and want to make a difference. Management for outpatient above the Office Manager are micromanagers and hire people in for grant positions and then when the grant is close to ending they will push you out and make up reasons to make you feel like you are incapable of doing the job that you had been doing for over a year. They gaslight to make you feel like you aren’t doing your job. 4. Poor work environment by way of morale 5. CFO talks to people like they are idiots in meetings and in front of co workers.
