Pros

Work/Life Balance (Officially has a 36 hour work week) Pay is decent for the type of job it is Good Managers for low-level employees Fun office culture Hybrid work structure after training

Cons

Work is quite tedious and not intellectually stimulating at all. They are extremely behind on integrating technology and this creates grunt work for the associates where something that should take minutes takes hours.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for highlighting both the positives and areas where we can improve. We’re glad to hear that aspects like team support, flexibility, and culture stood out during your time with us. We also appreciate the feedback regarding workflow and technology. As a firm, we are continually evaluating how to better leverage systems and processes to improve efficiency while maintaining the level of detail and accuracy our clients expect. We recognize that parts of the role—particularly early in a career—can feel repetitive at times, and we are actively working to improve both the tools we use and the way work is structured as team members grow and take on more responsibility. We appreciate the input and will continue to refine how we operate.

Pros

Good benefits, okay pay, trauma-bonding with staff, decent refreshments

Cons

Lost 15 lbs. and years of my life at this job. It felt like a bad sitcom. This job consisted solely of mundane unnecessary tasks with outdated systems, meetings about meetings, and daily negativity from leadership who are incapable of doing any of the jobs they were so hasty to berate others for doing poorly. Did not know who my boss was and was incessantly berated for not completing tasks that were neither in my job description nor ever asked of me before I was reprimanded. Thank goodness for the one financial savant who knows what they’re doing. Hope you pay them well.
