- Takes about 1+ year n half to learn ins and out of ALL equipment. - low pay rate starts at $17.00 per hour. - It is not what you expect after getting hired. - Must beat daily targets especially Summer regardless of low equipment in stock. - Managers from different branch will rate your performance who have never actually worked with you. - Slow software - Delivery drivers gets paid same as the Sale Associate (sad) -Must work 10+ years to move to another higher position. -No Access to YouTube to learn about equipment. - Taxes will eat up your Christmas and Holiday pay. - 60 cents raise based on performance review - Other express locations will make fake reservation to stop the transfer on any equipment. - long hours from 7-6 + weekends - Some managers will choose not to work on weekends.
