      Pros

      -The office itself is nice. -They have some talented techs. -Compensation is pretty decent all things considered. -Most of the clients are very easy to work with.

      Cons

      -Management is all over the place. -Constantly changing business direction. -Meetings will last between 1-3 hours, everyone goes home, then leadership shows up the following day pretending like that meeting didn't happen. -vCIOs run the show.
