They really helped me with anything I needed whether it be sick days, if I needed support at my job site, and my BCBA Peyton was such a phenomenal team player. I’m so grateful to have worked for a company that did everything they could to help me succeed even after I left for personal reasons. They want to build you up and help you grow and it’s hard to find companies like that now a days.

If I had to say anything, the only minor issue is the lack of *advanced* safety training for the more complicated cases

I am having a good experience here. I was just recently able to become certified as a RBT and received a promotion. I like that the Company helped me do this quickly and reimbursed my test fee. I also like my schedule and clients. I like that they started surveys to see if employees are happy with their hours and if they want more hours.

None at this time but I just took on more hours.
