      - Fun crew that will teach you everything you need to know - Flexible hours: Pick up shifts and let them know when you can work - Work with gorgeous flowers and get to see top venues in the Austin area - Room to grow from breakdown crew into setup crew if you're a creative-type who works well with others - No shortage of great mentours who will tell you everything you ever wanted to know about flowers - Sometimes getting to interact with clients after the event and hear firsthand how the flowers made their event better

      Cons

      Not cons but words of caution: This job isn't for everyone! If you're good with getting wet/dirty, lugging heavy objects, and sometimes working 10 pm to 1 or 2 am while remaining professional (this is a semi-client facing role), you'll do great. Not a must, but a plus if you're comfortable driving 14-seater vans at night.

      Pros

      Extremely creative environment, young vibe, my particular position has flexible hours and management is extremely tolerant of me working another job and switching my hours up when necessary, very helpful coworkers.

      Cons

      For my particular job position I honestly cannot think of any. Some of the other employees have to work weekends, and the wedding event coordination can be stressful for certain people.
