Pros

collaborative, team-oriented, weekly all hands, good benefits, opportunities for growth, values driven, leadership is available & hands-on, not a lot of politics, staff come from all different backgrounds, exciting industry to be a part of

Cons

missing structure/process sometimes, hard for more junior staff to know how to progress their careers, company has to keep pace with a rapidly changing industry which can create growing pains, if there isn't resources for a project you're interested in doing it's hard to move it forward
