The company seems to care about DEI initiatives, but still feels insincere because it's only in place to placate employees of color in lower level positions.

Cons

The CEO talks about everyone - current and former employees behind their backs. There's a toxic culture where more and more responsibilities are pushed upon the lower level employees with no discussion of comp adjustments.
