      I am very happy with my experience working for Stellar Solutions, providing support to the Gov't customer.

      No opportunity to grow. At times there is a disconnect with management.

      Contract based, so its hard to get spots for early careers.

      Profit sharing is a nice benefit.

      Cons

      Company is tough to work for if you aren't far, far left. No growth - company has flat lined. Most long term employees have been pushed out by the CEO.
