I was very fortunate to have landed my first role in recruitment with Stellar Select. They provide great internal training sessions to help you grow and progress in your role. Very supportive leadership team, who are interested and care about your career development, consistently going above and beyond and always happy to help. They have genuine care for their employees, on both a professional and personal level. I have enjoyed my time with Stellar Select. I had the pleasure of working with a friendly and knowledgeable team who are passionate about delivering a personable experience to their clients and candidates, which is what initially attracted me to the business. Stellar Select offers generous incentives and team bonding activities outside of work, that are always fun and memorable.

It was a difficult decision to have left the business due to personal circumstances.

I have had the best experience since joining Stellar Select. The staff are not "sales hungry recruiters" which is one of the main things that attracted me to the business. The team is amazing and we have a lovely bond. There is an endless supply of sweets, treats, cakes, and homebaked goods. The Directors are very supportive and are continuously helping us develop ourselves. They are very approachable and I know I can go to them with any queries or questions and they will always take the time to help, even if it's not work-related. I have learnt so many skills and met so many great people since I joined the business. We are always shown how much we are appreciated and valued and are awarded for our hard work. There is a great learning and development programme within the company and we are encouraged to attend training courses and gain additional qualifications. Although the recruitment industry is competitive, we have healthy competition within the office and work together to reach the end goal... to fill our clients' vacancies and help our candidates find the perfect role. We always ensure we remain compliant and ethical and offer the best service to our clients and candidates. Stellar Select is my extended family and I am so happy to be part of a great company.

The amount of commission earned each month can spoil you. It's now a normal/regular thing to go to lunch at The Savoy and The Dorchester!
