. This is a family oriented workplace! Every PM I have had has been very understanding of appointments, and the work schedule has always been flexible. . The CEO is a really nice guy, this company hosts a few events a year and he is always trying to get to meet everyone. . The company will try to hire within when possible so promotions are definitely possible. .The benefits are good, decent insurance, average PTO time, and $2,000 educational benefits for schooling or certs.
Cons
.Good benefits, but make sure you negotiate your pay when you start. You will only get 1.5-2% raise every year so going into a contract negation something you will be comfortable with for a long period of time. Do not go in thinking achieving more education or certs will help your pay.
