Good work ethics and learning culture, slow growth - Virtual Analysis Engineer Stellantis Employee Review

Pros

The work culture, job security, and the open-door policy are some of the best things. The technical know-how and vision about the projects and automobile development both at management's end and engineering's end are in-depth and clear. There are multiple functional science domains, and everyone is easily approachable, making the learning culture easy and efficient.

Cons

The management-employee engagement is low. There is ambiguity about the career growth timeline. Salaries were stagnant for a very long time, until very recently after the merger (FCA-PSA). Stellantis now shows good growth, but the perception about personal growth, both professional and financial, would take time to change after Stellantis keeps giving good growth for a couple of years. Most of the employees are very happy professionally, but the ambiguity about their growth makes them anxious.

Pros

This is a company where you can learn a lot if you are willing to take initiative. There are many talented people you can connect with who are willing to help you improve and do your job better. I also believe there is a real opportunity to regain stability and grow professionally.

Cons

There are still some organizational challenges, including unclear ownership in certain areas and a high level of uncertainty. The onboarding process could also be improved, as it mainly focuses on general company benefits and HR information, rather than providing role-specific training or guidance for the actual job responsibilities.
