Pros

- Company's culture is amazing, everybody is kind and has good moral values. - Collegiate/ Family style atmosphere, smart casual, similar to Ford but slightly less square. - "We don't make our cars to pass NCAP, we make our cars to actually be safe" is a quote from the director of the dept managing safety in the induction training. - The CEO is a unique role model of the industry who cares about the long range future of personal transportation and its relationship with the environment. - Peers are deeply passionate while retaining a rational approach making them some of the best in the world at what they do. - Managers have all done time in the trenches, have deep and wide knowledge, great business acumen and are able to take risks. - There are so much technologies to learn and challenges to solve. You can't get bored in this environment easily. - There is a very good male/female ratio for this industry. - Great location right in the centre next to the other big tech companies. - You feel safe and secure working here, the company gives you surprises and gifts and runs many activities for employees.

Cons

- Some internal processes are not updated yet for 21st century development - Due to the size of the company, many teams operate in silos which should have closer cooperation - Configuration management needs A LOT of improvement to support smoother industrialisation. - There is too large of a salary gap between the graduate engineers and experienced hires causing resentment from the next generation of problem solvers.

Pros

This is a company where you can learn a lot if you are willing to take initiative. There are many talented people you can connect with who are willing to help you improve and do your job better. I also believe there is a real opportunity to regain stability and grow professionally.

Cons

There are still some organizational challenges, including unclear ownership in certain areas and a high level of uncertainty. The onboarding process could also be improved, as it mainly focuses on general company benefits and HR information, rather than providing role-specific training or guidance for the actual job responsibilities.
