Thank you very much for your review. We are sorry to hear that your experience at Stelfox was less than ideal. We are currently going through an exciting period of growth, and your feedback has been taken on board. We are currently refining our KPI process based on employee feedback. We hope these positive changes will ensure that our team is rewarded for all their hard work in a fair and transparent manner. We greatly encourage our team to socialise together, and organise several company supported social events. These include our end of month night out, welcome drinks for new starters, adventure races, the newly formed Stelfox Social Club, Stelfox Golf Society, Stelfox fitness class (Stelfit), mid-week poker nights and the recent arrival of a beer fridge to facilitate our team socialising after work, not to mention several performance related nights out and hotel breaks for high performing team members.
