Pros

When it comes to the pros, the company has tuition reimbursement and they are flexible with your schedule. They do provide you with a nice amount of vacation time but then again, your ability to use it depends on what contract you work on. The people are nice and helpful.

Cons

The company is cheap. They take pride in paying employees below the market rate. The workloads are too much. You must take phone call after phone call while also trying to handle tickets that come in through emails. Also, there is a very high turnover rate because people leave as soon as they realized what they got themselves into. Very tough for career advancement. This is not an IT company. It is a call center disguised as an IT company. There is a chance that you might get on a project that will not allow you to grow your technical skills because the contact does not call for any type of technical skill. Their is isn't a NOC center and becoming Team Lead is dream. My Team Lead told me he was with the company for nine years before finally becoming Team Lead and everyday I saw how much he hated his job. Not, back to the cheapness of this company. Overtime is scarce and they do not provide holiday pay. This company is so cheap, they moved away from a perfectly good building to another building at which the Southfield Fire Dept. denied them a license to move their business because they company initially did not want to rent enough floors. Also they were in the old building for ten years. The benefits are sub-standard. Also, the contracts are very unorganized and the training is terrible. It seems that this company is only concerned with vulturing contracts instead of attempting to provide reputable IT services.

Pros

If you do a good job for a little over a year you can move into lots of great growth opportunities ServiceNow was very well configured for the scale it handled. I've since worked at places with SNOW that are much smaller scale environments and be less efficient. Depending on the desk you are assigned

Cons

It can very much be a slog depending what desk you're assigned. The shifts can go pretty late and they never pushed doing overnight to anyone that wasn't interested but having a 2-10 shift was rough on my social life and overall rhythm/mental health I was told to hold out until Dec/Jan on a shift change (asked for one in July) My training was pretty scattered. Sessions were pretty easily disrupted and kinda like a "oh and lets do this next, uh now that." That said in a support role you're gonna do most your learning with the training wheels off but a lot of on the fly learning for the SNHU project was staunch from how all the VMs, eBooks, courses, etc flowed. Another situationally dependent note but management was hard to get ahold of sometimes
