I initially decided not to write a review, but after reconsidering, I feel it's important to share my experience so future employees can avoid the pitfalls of this company.
This organization is headed in the wrong direction due to poor leadership. The CEO seems to believe that founding the company means he knows everything, surrounding himself exclusively with people from his own cultural background, particularly Gujaratis. He demands absolute compliance and insists on his perspective being the only valid one.
They recently hired a new CEO, and I genuinely feel sorry for him. Despite his likely intentions to improve the company, he's probably unaware of the underlying issues, especially in their operations in India. The company has a toxic culture where the leadership fails to understand or value their employees. If you can’t appreciate or respect your staff, it’s better not to hire them at all.
There's a noticeable bias towards employees from the CEO's background, who seem to receive preferential treatment and benefits, while others, particularly in the QA department, are undervalued and underpaid. The company’s workforce is overwhelmingly composed of individuals from a specific group, which leads to significant favoritism and leaves other employees feeling marginalized.
Moreover, long-term employees, especially those who have been there for over 14 years, seem to stay not out of loyalty but because they can’t find opportunities elsewhere. They benefit from the company’s policies, like remote work, which appear to cater more to their convenience than to any merit.
In summary, if you value respect, fair treatment, and career growth, I strongly advise against joining this company. They prioritize nepotism over talent and create a hostile work environment for anyone outside their favored circle.
