      Pros

      New to this job. Good coworkers and managers. Management will speak with you. From what I can see they seem to promote inside. Pay is decent. Benefits are great. Building a huge warehouse. Only work 1 shift. Like it so far.

      The company is growing rapidly, with many new employees joining due to this expansion. The managers are great and don’t micromanage, while co-workers are easy to work with. The company will soon be moving to new offices.

      The current office is crowded, but it shouldn’t be an issue in a month since the office staff will be moving to new offices.
