Awful - Sales Representative Steeler Employee Review

Nothing to share that is positive they will set you up to fail and fire you.

Watch out for these guys they are super shady and will fire you out of nowhere for no reason. They hired me in and I was only in the company for 10 weeks and got a call on a random Tuesday saying today is your last day here with no explanation why? I did my job never missed work, did my task that were required even had praise from their corporate how I was doing so good. This company is a joke and the owner Matt is very flimsy he doesn't have a back bone and doesn't have the courage to call employees after they are fired to explain why> This company has a very toxic negative vibe I would not even entertain working here trust me its a 2-3 month job max no matter what you do. They are constantly trying to fire people and they have no modern technology in the company. All the task to do your job are so old no crm the software they use is so old like DOS on an old PC. These guys are back in time and I really hope this company folds up for good its worthless. It's filled with negative losers who do not know what they are doing.
