The partners are just rude and have their favourites. No hello, goodbye etc Hire people, knowing they dont have the skills and fire 1 month later because they weren't one of the favourites and couldnt "pick up the skills correctly". Do you wanna maybe offer that as feedback first?? The phrase ivory towers is never more applicable than this place. The people first policy is nothing more than smoke and mirrors, hiding the fact that if your face doesnt fit there, you will be out on your ear.
