Company stresses values and maintaining transparency, however, no one other than upper-management foresaw immediate lay-offs mid-year, eliminating the majority of the creative staff. Stealth does not present long-term stability unless there’s a major client with deep pockets and extended contract. Family and family-friends are mostly amongst the staff, with a handful of new talent. It was alarming to learn that once major clients were lost, related employees were kept, while those who weren’t were the first to go.
