      The Job is pretty simple.

      Cons

      no room for advancement. After MIT training, there is no other investment towards growth for anyone. No raises. Corporate doesn't even share your store's P&L results with you.

      Totally love being able to get a meal comped each shift

      The minimum wage, yes tips are nice but we need livable wages as well
