Pros

Room for advancement. Internal promotions for the onsite teams are very common. Salary is great but bonus structure could use some tweaking. Benefits are amazing. Coworkers are great!

Cons

Unreasonable expectations and deadlines. Work life balance is teetering on miserable. Overall negative atmosphere from upper management. I do believe Steadfast is a great company, but unfortunately I am searching for better opportunities where I do not feel threatened.

Pros

This company just does it right. If you want to work for a company that treats you like family, provides opportunities for growth, and just does the customer experience right both internally and externally- this is the place to be. Benefits are great, and the people are even better. I couldn't have been more proud to work for this company.

Cons

Not really any cons to speak of- pay could be a bit better, but you could say that just about anywhere.
