Pros
Most of teams within the hotels/restaurants are great.
Cons
Lack of accountability and team members that do not perform or not show up/have terrible attendance are allowed to stay while the others pick up the slack and work their butts off. No support from home office or regional teams. Some higher management do not have any clue about their field and were hired based on who you know. Revenue and Reservations Departments are snotty and disrespectful to property level members. Hours are long and does not create for the best work/life balance.
