Cons
Company goals can be unrealistic Raises barely meet (or are below) inflation Remote employees have little opportunity to meet teammates Code can be extremely complex with lots of nuance and side-effects. It's getting better, but that can be frustrating. Stingy PTO with no longevity-based increase or separate sick time.
